Changing your Scalingo Account Password

To update your Scalingo Account password:

1. From your web browser, navigate to your account dashboard
2. In the User Settings submenu, click Authentication
3. Locate the Change password form
4. Fill the fields with your current password, and with the new one
5. Validate by clicking the Update password button

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten the password for your Scalingo account, you can reset it via the following procedure:

1. From the sign in page, click the Forgotten password link or click here
2. Enter the e-mail address linked to your Scalingo account
3. The platform sends you an e-mail with a password reset link
4. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to set your new password
