Each Scalingo account must have a billing profile to start the free trial and use Scalingo resources.

This profile stores all the information we need to be able to generate invoices for the services you consume. It also allows you to choose and configure at least one payment method.

Filling Your Billing Profile

1. From your web browser, open your billing profile
2. From the Billing submenu, select the Billing profile tab
3. Click Add billing informations
4. Select Individual or Business, depending on who should be billed, and complete the form
5. Click Save these billing informations
6. Add a payment method

E-invoicing for Businesses in France

France’s e-invoicing reform (facturation électronique) applies to businesses subject to VAT and established in metropolitan France, Guadeloupe, Martinique or Réunion.

If your business is established in one of these locations, select Business and review or complete:

• Your legal business name
• Your complete, up-to-date billing address
• Your 9-digit SIREN number
• Your VAT number, if you have one

Scalingo uses these details to identify your business and route its invoices to its approved e-invoicing platform (plateforme agréée, or PA). If you have already chosen a PA, check that your legal business name, SIREN number and address match the details registered with it.
